WTorre

The History

A HISTORY OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATION

WTorre was founded in 1981 as a construction company. At that time, its main activity was to design industrial warehouses for lease, a niche market that was not yet being explored in the country.

The next step was the construction of build to suit warehouses, with bespoke storage and cargo transport solutions for each client.

Its projects have always been marked by innovation, and the use of modern construction resources. To give you some idea, WTorre was responsible for bringing the Tilt Up® technology to Brazil, the Build to Suit system, and the strategy of Funding to finance developments.

These characteristics helped consolidate the company on the market, where it quickly gained recognition for the efficiency, pioneering spirit and dynamism of its ventures.

During the history of its expansion, it introduced business segmentation policies, and now operates in the areas of Construction, Commercial Properties, Real Estate Development, Logistics Centers, Entertainment, Shopping Centers and Infrastructure.
