Estaleiro Rio Grande

One of the most innovative works in the naval sector is located in the city of Rio Grande (RS), it comprises a total area of 550 thousand m². It is the first dry dock in Brazil and the largest in Latin America, with a width of 133 meters, length of 350 meters, and depth of 13.8 meters. Like the modern Asian structures in the sector, the Rio Grande Shipyard has the capacity to receive two vessels at the same time, for construction or maintenance.

Centro de Distribuição de Combustíveis

Located 28 km from the center of Rondonópolis (MT), within the Rondonópolis Intermodal Complex (CIR) industrial park, on the BR-163 highway, the Centro de Distribuição de Combustíveis has an area of 385 ha. Companies with various activities will operate from the industrial park, including Dreyfus, Raízen, ALL, Bunge and Noble.

WTorre is involved in this development with an area of 9.6 ha, and the construction of a fuel distribution center under the Build to Suit system.

Porto de São Luís

Private Mixed Use Terminal for handling solid and liquid bulk cargo, general cargo and containers (import and export). With a port backup area of 1,500,000 m², the project serves the Central, North and Northeast regions of the country, which are connected by the North – South/Carajás Railway.

In addition to its privileged geographical position, the port can contribute to strengthening the economy of the city and surrounding areas, gaining prominence on the national scene.
