The development, with 168 thousand meters of built area, formed in partnership with the Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras, includes the renovation of part of the "alviverde" (green and white) club, as the Football Club is affectionately nicknamed, as well as providing a series of improvements and adaptations in the region.
