To the WTORRE Group, Social Responsibility means the way to take the joint responsibility for the social and sustainable development of its businesses and as part of its culture, including preoccupations with different audiences (shareholders, internal audience, suppliers, clients, community, government, society, and environment).

The WTORRE Group understands Quality of Life at Work as providing the collaborators with the best life conditions, considering factors such as: health, education, physical well being, psychological, emotional, mental, and life expectations, involving related elements, such as family, friends, employment, among others.
The promotion and appreciation of people and the incentive to adopt a healthier life style are also within such context and present in various actions in order to generate a more harmonious and productive work environment.
